Care & cleaning
Weekly. Wipe with a damp microfibre cloth. Skip household cleaners — the solvents dull the topcoat.
Spills. Blot, don't rub. Water and a drop of mild dish soap handles almost everything on Ultimate and vinyl.
Sun. Close the blinds when parked for weeks. Even UV-stable material fades if it bakes all summer.
Genuine leather. Condition twice a year. It keeps the hide supple and stops the wear edges cracking.
Material questions
Can I mix two materials on one piece?
Yes. Two-tone builds use one colour for the insert and another for the bolsters and skirt — that's how the De Leon Two-Tone is made. Call and we'll confirm the pairing before it goes to the factory.
Do swatches cost anything?
No. Three samples ship free, and you don't need an account to order them.
Will my new chair match the sofa I already own?
If the existing piece is Qualitex, send us the tag code and we'll match it. If it's factory upholstery, order swatches and check them against the piece in daylight.
Which material do you recommend for full-timers?
Ultimate Leather for most coaches, performance fabric if you're in the south and sit in the seats all day. Both clean easily and neither cracks the way cheap vinyl does.
