How we work
Most of what we sell is ready to ship. The running colourways in Ultimate Leather sit on our racks, which is why an express chair, sofa bed or dinette leaves in about ten days rather than six weeks.
The rest is built to order by Qualitex in your material, with the comfort upgrades installed while the frame is assembled — heat, massage, power lumbar and power recline are factory-fitted, never bolted on afterwards.
Either way, someone here checks your chassis, base height and bolt pattern before the order goes through. We would rather spend ten minutes on the phone than have a freight truck deliver the wrong thing.
Ready to ship first
The colourways owners actually buy are stocked, so most orders leave in days — not the six weeks a custom build takes.
Fit checked by a human
Year, make, model and base height get verified before the order is released to the factory.
Upgrades fitted at the factory
Heat, massage and power recline go in while the frame is built, so nothing is spliced in later.

Free curbside delivery, with damage claims handled by us, not the carrier.
