Will these chairs bolt to my existing base?
Usually yes. Send us the year, make and model and we confirm the bolt pattern before the order goes to the factory — if a new base is needed we quote it up front.

Order free samples. Three swatches ship the same week so you can check the tone in daylight.

How long does a build take?
Express items in the running leathers go out in about ten days. Made-to-order colours take six to eight weeks.

Is freight free?
Curbside freight is free on every order. White-glove delivery places the chairs in your coach and takes the packaging away.

What if it arrives damaged?
Note it on the delivery receipt, photograph the carton and the seat, and contact us within 48 hours.

Can I return a chair?
Uninstalled express-ship seats can come back within 30 days for a 15% restock plus return freight. Made-to-order colours are final sale.

What does the warranty cover?
Qualitex frames, mechanisms and motors carry three years; leather, vinyl and fabric carry one.

We don't install, but most owners fit a chair in under an hour with basic tools.
